Fish Rice or Anchovy, it's called fish rice because these fish look like rice, very small fish and white. these fish are living in a tropical / semi tropical country. These fish rice was for my lunch beside other cuisine... hmmm
It's really easy to cooked it, just put all the ingredients in a bowl and mix them to be spread evenly then fried them with vegetables oil till it's look brown then it's all done !
( Ingredients : Union, pepper, egg, wheat flour, celery, scallions, vegetables oil )
Ikan teri nasi, disebut ikan teri nasi karena bentuknya seperti nasi dan berwarna putih, dan ikan teri nasi ini biasa hidup di negara tropis / semi tropis. Cekidot aja yah foto nya ... ^_^
